Trane Supply
Commercial HVAC in Doral
Trane Supply in Doral is a heating and air conditioning equipment supplier and equipment rental branch, not a residential repair service, open weekdays and reachable at (305) 470-2300.
About Trane Supply
Trane Supply's Doral location is a parts and equipment branch, not a service company that sends a technician to a house. Google's categories for the business, heating equipment supplier, air conditioning contractor, equipment rental agency, and industrial equipment supplier, describe a trade-facing counter where HVAC contractors and businesses source equipment, rent machinery, and pick up industrial-grade parts, rather than a company homeowners call directly for a broken air conditioner. The location sits on NW 89th Court in Doral, within reach of Sweetwater, Fontainebleau, and Hialeah Gardens, an area of the county with a mix of commercial and light-industrial activity alongside residential neighborhoods.
Its hours run Monday through Friday from 7:30 in the morning to 5 in the evening, with no hours listed for Saturday or Sunday, a schedule that fits a business-to-business supply operation more than a residential emergency line. For a Miami-Dade homeowner searching for someone to repair a home cooling system, this listing is more likely to be useful as a reference point, since the equipment and parts that end up in a home system may well pass through a supplier like this one before a contractor installs or services them, even though the counter itself is not set up to take a homeowner's repair call.
Businesses, property managers, and contractors looking to source or rent heating and cooling equipment, or industrial equipment more broadly, can reach the Doral branch at (305) 470-2300 during its posted weekday hours. Homeowners with a direct residential repair need are better served contacting a contractor who then sources parts through a supplier of this kind.

I had a very disappointing experience with Trane Supply in Doral.
About three weeks ago, I visited the store in person and filled out a new cash account application as an HVAC contractor. Time passed and I never received any follow-up, confirmation, account number, or update.
I called the number listed and, after being placed on a long hold, I was told that I do have a new account with them, but they could not provide me with the account number. Instead, I was told I needed to remember exactly who I spoke with and who I gave the application to three weeks ago. If I could not remember, I would have to go back to the store in person.
That is not a reasonable process for a new contractor trying to do business with a major HVAC supplier.
I have opened accounts with several other air conditioning brands and suppliers, and they have all been much more responsive and professional. Unfortunately, Trane has been the exception.
As a new contractor, this experience makes me seriously question whether I would recommend or offer Trane products to my customers. If this is the level of support contractors receive when simply trying to open an account, I would be concerned about having to deal with warranty parts or customer support in the future.
Contractors need reliable supplier support, fast communication, and appreciation for new business. Based on this experience, Trane Supply Doral has failed in all three areas.
I will update this review if inmediate corrective measures are taken on their end. Today is 05/15/2026Javier J., 1 star, via Google
We purchased brand‑new Trane AC units for our home less than two years ago, expecting reliability and support from a premium brand. Instead, we’ve been left without air conditioning and completely abandoned as customers.
One of the units now requires routine maintenance, and Trane is refusing to sell the necessary parts. The reason given? An internal legal issue between Trane and Home Depot, an issue that has absolutely nothing to do with us as customers, yet we’re the ones being punished.
Despite owning very expensive units that are nowhere near end of life, Trane has made it clear they would rather leave homeowners without AC than take responsibility or offer a solution. There is no workaround, no escalation path, no temporary support, just a refusal to help.
This is beyond poor customer service; it’s disregard for customers who trusted this brand and invested thousands of dollars. If you buy Trane, understand this clearly: once they have your money, you’re on your own. If something breaks and it’s inconvenient for them, they simply won’t help.
We are now stuck with costly equipment that can’t be maintained, through no fault of our own, and during a time when AC is not optional, it’s essential.
Save yourself the frustration, stress, and wasted money. Choose a company that stands behind its products and its customers. Trane does neither.stephany A., 1 star, via Google
