I tried my American Home Shield warranty for the first time as I just purchased my home 2 months ago. The AC would cool sometimes and other times seem to struggle. Put a request through the app and had Air Connection reach out to me within a half hour and the technicians were able to come to my house in another 30 mins. They said there was a cancellation, so they penciled me in for a very fast turnaround. I was greeted by Leo and Ken which were able to diagnose the issue with my AC and had it up and running within an hour or so. They explained to me what was wrong and what they were doing. Very polite and professional! Wonderful experience

Poor service. Was assigned by my home warranty. They claimed to have fixed it. Less than 6 months later it broke down again and they don’t have any warranty on their work.

We have had the worst experience with this company. They were dispatched to us through our home shield contract to look at our AC unit and provide a diagnostic to home shield. The individual who came opened the unit and performed other activities and wrote his report. As soon as he left, the AC started leaking. In the meantime , home shield denied the repairs and this company now refuses to come and fix whatever it was that they broke. Additionally, the customer service representative that was talking to me hung up the phone as I was explaining the situation. If there was a negative stat, I would gladly provide it.

Had a very strange experience with this company. They were assigned to me through my American Homeshield insurance plan. They came to my house to fix a small leak in our air coil – an issue that was covered in full under our plan. After they left, I received a link to purchase a full new AC for $10K. I called asking if it was a scam, as there is nothing wrong with our AC. They said they are obligated to offer the replacement option because of American Homeshield. I declined and said I just wanted the leak repaired since that is of no cost to us. They said they are only a repairs company, and we would have to be without AC for up to a week or more if we wanted the coil repaired. I have a baby and battling an illness myself, so I requested that they hold so I could get a second opinion from a company who could replace rather than repair. They were nice about it. When I called them back to tell them we had decided to move forward with the service they declined working with us. We were confused and asked why and they said they just quote “didn’t like the back and forth”. Because they are still assigned on the ticket, American Homeshield cannot do anything about it except offer us a cash value of the estimate of the job. This company said the job will cost $350 but we have received a quote and it is going to be $3500. We asked to speak to an owner and They blocked my husband and I’s phone numbers (confirmed by calling from other phones). We never even raised our voices to them and there is nothing wrong with wanting to get a second opinion. I am pretty sure this is illegal and I will now have to report them to the BBB. It’s just really unfortunate. We are stuck because of them. Hope is the name of the person responsible for this experience.
