I got back from a trip to find my air conditioner broken, so I called this company because a neighbor in my building had used their services and was satisfied. They took my call at 9:00 PM and promised to come the next day to assess the situation. I spoke to them again the following morning, and they assured me they would arrive around noon; that was two days ago, and I’m still waiting for them to show up, or at least answer my calls, but nothing. They left me stranded during an emergency, after all, Miami in the summer is hell, so all I can say is: DON'T TRUST THEM, THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY!

Experience is so so awful- I don’t know where to begin. 7 months after giving full deposit towards a large project- the excuses have taken on a comical tone (death, cancer, weather conditions, etc)- except it’s not at all funny. The company no longer answers the phone, Mayra won’t return an email and Manny won’t pick up his phone or answer a text except to (infrequently) say- “be patient”. I wish someone could get a message to the owner- I wonder if he knows what is going on with his company while he is off on medical leave?

If I could give zero stars, I would. The AC itself is fine, but the customer service is unbelievably bad. Missed appointments, no follow-ups, and every call felt like I was inconveniencing them for asking about a service I paid for. No accountability, no communication, no urgency. When something goes wrong, good luck getting help. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually cares about its customers.
