SERVPRO of North Miami
Duct Cleaning in Miami
SERVPRO of North Miami is a water and fire damage restoration company that also offers air duct cleaning, serving Miami and nearby Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.
About SERVPRO of North Miami
Property restoration, not air conditioning repair, is the main business behind SERVPRO of North Miami. The listing identifies it primarily as a water damage restoration service, with air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, fire damage restoration, and general contracting rounding out its scope of work. For a Miami-Dade homeowner, that combination is relevant after a specific kind of event: a flooded room, mold growth in ductwork following water intrusion, smoke damage from a fire, or a storm that leaves both structural and air-quality problems behind.
Air duct cleaning fits into that picture as part of restoring a home's indoor environment after damage, rather than as a standalone maintenance visit for an otherwise healthy system. The company operates out of North Miami with hours listed as open 24 hours every day, which lines up with how restoration work is often needed, since water and fire damage do not wait for business hours and an early response can limit how much of a home ends up needing repair.
Humidity and heavy rain are routine in Miami-Dade, and a hurricane season event can generate exactly the kind of water intrusion that leads to a restoration call. The business is listed as reaching nearby areas including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah in addition to Miami. Homeowners searching primarily for routine air conditioning repair or a new system installation should confirm that this is the right fit for that specific request, since the listing points to restoration and cleaning as the company's core services, with duct cleaning as one part of that broader scope, rather than general HVAC repair or contracting.

I used Paul Davis for a restoration of a property I purchased. They took care of everything, it was almost seamless. They were professional and took care of the project faster than anticipated. Very pleased and will use them for my future projects. You are all amazing over there!

Stay as far away from these scammers as you can. They robbed me of my time, money, health, and time with family. I hired them summer of 2022 (at age 85) for a kitchen remodel due to mold removal. In December 2022, they told me the kitchen would be restored in 2-3 months. They submitted multiple permits that were denied and I had to visit building department MYSELF to learn that all permits were incorrectly submitted. It took until OCTOBER of 2023 before they put in floor and the building department from my county came and stopped work because of ANOTHER invalid permit. Ongoing excuses and delays throughout 2024, despite my paying them a total of $9940 in 2023. During the ENTIRE TIME, I was without a working kitchen. Living with microwave and coffee machine in my bedroom, fridge stuffed into living room. No ability to cook food at home during a pandemic. The stress and $ expenses of restaurants/food delivery as well as Covid exposure wound up with me in the hospital twice with health conditions. By summer 2024, it was clear these people are incompetent liars who are unable to complete a job. I exchanged multiple emails requesting refunds of my money which were denied because they claimed to have completed building cabinets. When I requested delivery of the cabinets for someone else to install, they waffled over email for weeks saying their builder was out of town. Then they requested MORE money for cabinets (really? Trying to hold my paid for items hostage and blackmail me into paying more) which they had previous claimed were paid for. So much anguish. I hired another contractor in September 2024 who was able to get permits approved on first past and complete the job by winter of 2025. He noted that every permit was flagged due to Servpro’s incompetence, so each permit required an inspector. So I had no kitchen from summer of 2022 until Winter/spring of 2025. I finally have a kitchen built by someone else. But I am still out my money and I lost valuable time with my children and grandchildren and it impacted my health. They are impossible to deal with and are liars, thieves, and entirely incompetent at their jobs. Ironically, they requested online reviews in April of 2023 AS SOON AS MY checks cleared. It has taken me this long to recover my health and stamina to be able to finally give them the reviews they requested before they even touched the job.
