This is the most painless major construction experience I've had since I moved here in Florida back in 1998.
FL Green Development's staff are honest, ethical, straight-forward, principled & trustworthy. In short, this company has integrity, which is very rare here in Florida, & shows in the kind of people they hire. Starting from Tohar, who explained to me the program & financial options available to me thoroughly & patiently & who was always there to address my concerns from finish to end. Andy, was the project manager that was assigned to my project, who always answered my questions & concerns promptly through the project. And finally, the workers that were assigned to work on this project. Jesus & specially Jero, were very respectful with my belongings while they were working in my condo. They made sure that they cleaned up after their mess & at times, went above & beyond. Most important, they knew what they were doing & proved to be experts & had a lot of experience in what they were doing. They were not what one would consider "fly by night". now have leaks on multiple windows and even though they promised a lifetime warranty, they’re refusing to come out without charging a service call. Don’t waste your time with this company. They’re a scam.

If I can give them negative stars I would. HORRIBLE experience in every single way. Not only did we pay a premium $$ for our windows but it took them over 10 months to install our windows (correctly). Numerous times they had the wrong sizes or couldn’t find the windows. It was a MESS from day one.
The first time they came they took out windows without checking the ones they had ordered fit and then left our sons room unsecured with two wood panels and a huge gap in between for over a MONTH!!!! Then they finally replaced it with more wood panels which we had for another three months!!!!!!
One time the installers didn’t show up till 5pm on a Friday night and left well after 9pm!!! They also replaced windows that were the wrong tint with windows the same wrong tint and damaged (very obvious bubbles). When asked what they would do about it the answer was nothing!!!! Still have the damaged windows in place.
They would leave a mess after each time the installers would come and unfortunately it was many times. They would also call us a day before the installers were due to come every. Single. Time.
They still owe us a few things and no longer answer our calls or texts. It was such a horrible experience I truly wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
Unprofessional from the top to the bottom, they act as if they’re doing you a favor. I wish I could go back in time and never do business with them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

DO NOT use Fl Green. This company replaced my roof in 2022. I currently have a leak and contacted your customer service. I was told I have a 30 year warranty on materials that I have to contact the company that supplied the material for next steps to get the leak fixed. I tried to explain to the customer service representative that Fl Green is who I signed the contract and warranty with and when the work was done no materials were delivered the workers brought all materials with them. The customer service representative said that he did not have that information on his system that I had to contact the finance company they have all invoices. I again tried to explain that all paperwork including the financial paperwork had Fl green there was no other company listed. The customer service representative was not listening and accused me of yelling and that I was being recorded. I in turn told his you are being nasty to me and not wanting to listen. I was glad he was being recorded. At that point he cut me off and said he had other calls I could send an email because he was the customer service manager and no one else could talk to. But I may not get a response back because there is nothing they can do for me. So I hung up.
I contacted the financing company told them what your customer service representative said. They look in there records and all invoices and payments were done to Fl Green Developer there was no other company listed. They said they would also try to reach out to Fl green for more information.

My name is Marianela Castro. I hired the services of Florida Creen Development in May 2024 for a project that was originally a driveway, fence, and pool. Their representative (Valentina) gave me a price of $80,000 and told me everything would be finished in 3 months. After 3 months, they hadn't even started; Dan (the project manager) kept telling me that the city was delaying the permits. Finally, in mid-September, they submitted the permit, and then they told me they had measured the driveway incorrectly and that the city said the pool had to be smaller (I called the city, that was another lie). I didnt want to deal with them anymore so I told them to finish the driveway and forget about the rest. They increased the price of the driveway from $17,000 to $27,000. They finished at the end of November and there was a lot of cracks already by February. When I called them, they came, supposedly fixed it, and painted, but the paint came off in several places. They blamed the Miami weather. They came again, and the same thing happened again paint peeled off in several places. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to do the job or if the materials are of poor quality. In short, I have a cracked driveway with paint peeling in several spots for which I’m going to pay $27,000 over the next 15 years. They are liars and scammers, huge regrets ever contracting these people. I have picture and video proof of everything.
