Yasel promptly came out, on a Saturday, and did above and beyond work,.. to include getting into tight spaces in the crawl space below my home. There he was able to identify and fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional. Once done with the job, he did a complete check to ENSURE my A/C was running efficiently. He also explained proper maintenance steps that owners should practice. Thank you Yasel! I highly recommend his services!

I want to write a review about Yasiel and his air conditioner.
My air conditioner stopped cooling one Saturday afternoon. I called Yasiel, and he answered right away and came to my house. I didn't know him, but I read the references and decided to call him. He came right away, checked it, and explained everything very clearly. Before starting the work, he gave me a price quote.
He did a perfect job.

On May 23, 2025, I requested the services of A/C Tropical Corp because my air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. The owner recommended disassembling the coil, cleaning it, and adding more refrigerant, assuring me that the problem would disappear. He charged me $430 for the refrigerant and another $430 for cleaning the coil. Now, my unit isn't cooling at all after less than three months. I asked about the warranty for the work, and he replied that I should replace the unit because it was old. When he charged me the $960 I paid in cash, he didn't mention that. He only gave me this answer today, after the problem had already started. I do have the document issued by his company that describes the work and its cost. I recommend that you don't rely solely on references and request invoices so you can claim the warranty later on, because after paying, you'll be left unprotected and they won't solve the problem.
