Miami HVAC, Heating & Cooling Repair
Heat Pump and Heating in Miami
Miami HVAC, Heating & Cooling Repair is an HVAC contractor based in downtown Miami that takes heating and cooling calls seven days a week from nine in the morning to nine at night.
About Miami HVAC, Heating & Cooling Repair
Seven days a week, from nine in the morning until nine at night, Miami HVAC, Heating & Cooling Repair takes calls from an office on NE 1st Street in downtown Miami. The business is registered as an HVAC contractor, and its listed category of heat pump and heating work suggests it covers both sides of climate control: cooling equipment such as central air systems and ductwork, and heating equipment such as heat pumps, which a number of South Florida properties rely on during the occasional cold snap between December and February.
Downtown Miami puts the company close to Miami Beach across the bay, not far from Coral Gables to the southwest, and within a reasonable drive of Hialeah to the northwest, so its practical coverage extends well past the immediate downtown blocks. Air conditioning and heat pump systems in this part of Florida rarely get a real rest: the cooling season runs most of the year, and constant cycling wears on compressors, coils, and electrical connections faster than it would in a milder climate, while the salt content in air near the bay adds its own corrosion risk to outdoor components.
Hours that stretch into the evening every day of the week, weekends included, give the company an edge for property owners who cannot easily take time off during a standard workday to meet a technician. Anyone in downtown Miami or the nearby cities dealing with a heat pump stuck in the wrong mode, reduced airflow, or a thermostat that will not communicate with the unit can call the listed number any day of the week before 9 at night to check on availability.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Estes Freight, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, their team was outstanding, every phone interaction was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine friendliness.
What stood out most was how knowledgeable the representatives were. They answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a company where the staff not only knows their job inside and out but also treats you with kindness and respect every step of the way.
Estes Freight truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and customer-focused freight solutions. Thank you for the excellent service!

Outstanding customer service. We had 2 pallets of stone to be placed at out home and drove all the way down from Ohio to do the work ourselves. It was very critical to have the stone delivered to our home while there to pull this off. The assistance from the Estes (Miami branch) team, and their manager Percy, was outstanding and they made it happen for us.
We would like to give a BIG THANK YOU to the Estes team for all of their help and effort made to accomodate us. We are very appreciative!!

Most critical
The most incompetent shipping company there is. Prepare to be lied to constantly and hope you get your package in good condition, or at all.

never trust estes with your freight. They just delivered a $4,500 package to my house, left in the driveway, not protected at all from the weather, and i was home at the time of the delivery. i only knew they were here when i heard the truck door slam shut. They never knocked on the door. ZERO customer service skills!

I have to re-schedule the pick up 4 times because they never pick up on time, the system says one thing and when I call they have other information. Not recommended
