Tried calling allday to get parts for a customer that has an HVAC split system installed and can not reach anyone. Terrible as this customer is down without air. Keeps giving me this message "No support agents currently available to take your call please leave a message with your name and number. Have left several messages and have not heard back. If I could give zero stars I would.

The worst customer service I have experience in this trade. Customer has been down for three weeks due to leaky evaporator coil and that they sent leak stop that voids their own warranty. Now wants to charge us thousands of dollars for a coil that is in warranty. Buyer beware stay away from these systems. As someone who works in the field this has to be the worst experience I’ve had with the manufacturer..
