Sorry, but the technician did not take into account that we have replaced the filter twice and dirt continues to come out the water dispenser. He flushed the water line but not changed the tubing, dirt has to be on the tubing no matter the water filter because I installed a new filter as technician requested and problem continued.

DO NOT allow these CROOKS to step foot into your home
They will charge you $160 (non refundable) for a house call then tell you the worst possible scenario is wrong with your appliance and charge you $800 to fix it
It seemed weird because the whole appliance was working just fine there was a very small slow leak at the bottom and when we did some looking into what they claimed was wrong that just didn’t make sense
Im SO glad we took a second look ourselves because we fixed the problem ourselves in 30 minutes just by cleaning out a drain pipe which cost us $0

absolutely terrible. I made the appointment waited all day, then received a confirmation phone call from Robert the technician. I confirmed the appointment and he said he would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I get a notification that no one was home and the technician left and I was sent a picture of my front apartment building. However, I received no phone call, so I had no idea he arrived in the first place, I rushed downstairs and he was already gone. I tried calling him back multiple times as directed to do and left a voicemail, but he ignored every call. Nothing. Tried calling customer support and they only had pre-mandated options so I could not talk to a representative. Severely disappointed. Stay away from this company.
