Bryan Reyes arrived at an early hour for the appointment which was great. Worked diligently for about 1 1/2 hours, made diagnosis of the unit problem, check the unit outside, and once we approved the estimate he proceeded to do the coil cleaning work. Bryan explained the situation very clearly and made some suggestions. Overall a very good experience. He had the Tshirt with the company logo on, clean presence and very descent demeanor.

Unfortunately, I have to change my opinion about this company's service. Ever since the new air conditioning unit was installed, both the indoor and upstairs units, "all new", I've been calling every three months, and I've had nothing but problems. We even had the compressor replaced within the same year. Today, after two and a half months with the new compressor, the air conditioning stopped working yesterday. I called first thing this morning at 9:03 am, pleading for service. I told them I have a tenant with a respirator, and the woman who answered was very kind, but she couldn't do anything. I begged her to send a technician as soon as possible, saying I couldn't go another day without air conditioning. This has happened to us before. Last time, they left us without air conditioning for three days.
I strongly recommend that you look for other companies before working with this one. You know what can happen with this company. It's not recommended at all. The secretaries were great, but the people they have aren't qualified to do repairs. One technician, on one of the many occasions, recommended turning on the air conditioning at 4:30 pm, and obviously it didn't work. The next day we had to call a new technician, and that's when they told us they had to replace the compressor. The technician from the day before had filed another report. And now, two months later, the compressor isn't working again.
